Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup chopped apples
  • ¼ cup roasted almonds *chopped
  • 2 green onions *thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir together until everything is combined and coated in the yogurt.
  • Enjoy right away or store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
